Aginco (International Agencies & Commerce Ltd.) was established in 1978, with headquarters in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The group’s activities are in the supply of drilling mining, engineering and construction equipment and materials, and mining contracts.

To support and complement its trading activities, Aginco has a specialized team of engineers and qualified personnel whose role is to provide professional services and solutions to the client.

Aginco believes that the cornerstone of its success is built on the trust that it has created with its clients over the last 50 years.

Tarek Kamil Sindi, a Civil Engineering graduate with an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University, began his career in Saudi Arabia’s mining sector. He later gained broad experience in food and beverage, finance, real estate, and healthcare. In 1978, he co-founded Aginco and, with his brothers, established Al Faris Food Factory in 1990.

Faisal Sindi holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Private Equity from the London School of Economics (LSE). He started his professional career at the Public Investment Fund in 2017, before moving to Malaz Capital, where he worked on industrial and mining sector transactions. Today, Faisal leads expansion initiatives and drives business development efforts at Aginco.

Wasseem Fayyumi, with a Business Administration degree and Marketing minor from the University of Jordan, brings over 23 years of experience in industrial, mining, and drilling equipment sales. He has built strong expertise and client networks. Currently, as Sales Manager at Aginco, he plays a key role in driving business growth and strengthening client relationships.

Ahmad T. Sindi earned a Bachelor’s in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School, City University of London. After completing the Al Rowad training program in Saudi Arabia, he joined Saudi National Bank as Asset Liability Manager in Treasury. He now serves as Business Development Manager at Aginco, focusing on growth and strategic opportunities.

Rayan Sindi holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management, Digital Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Bayes Business School, City University of London. He began his career at Taurus HCD, then worked as an Account Executive at Results Advertising. Currently a Marketing Executive at Aginco, he focuses on brand growth and strategy while advancing his expertise in marketing.

Vaheeb Ahmad Sheikh, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) graduate, has been with Aginco since 2003. With over two decades of experience, he plays a vital role in purchasing, sales, and logistics operations. His expertise ensures smooth business processes and efficient supply chain management, making him a key contributor to Aginco’s operational success.

Muzaffar Wali Khan completed Secondary High School in Jeddah and joined Aginco in 1992. Certified in spare parts management by Normet Finland in 1994, he brings decades of expertise in procurement and logistics. As Supply Chain Manager, he oversees sourcing, inventory, and supplier relations, ensuring efficiency and reliability across Aginco’s operations.

Wildani Putra, with a background in Electrical Power Engineering and English Education, has extensive experience in oil & gas, mining, and energy. He previously worked with Trakindo CAT, Caterpillar’s dealer in Indonesia, gaining expertise in heavy equipment and energy. Now focused on business development and investment, he leverages technical and commercial skills to drive growth.
